Relationship Health Begins With Self-Honesty

Every relationship reflects the relationship you have with yourself. Patterns repeat until they are acknowledged—not to punish you, but to teach you.

Overgiving, avoiding conflict, or settling for less often began as survival strategies. They once served you. But thriving requires something different: honesty, boundaries, and self-respect.

Healthy relationships do not require self-abandonment. They allow space for needs, truth, and growth. Some relationships deepen when you change. Others fade. Both outcomes can be acts of self-honoring.

Journaling Prompt:
What patterns repeat in my relationships, and what might they be asking me to change?
